ITM Super Sprint Accommodation

 
ITM SUPERSPRINT SELF CONTAINED ACCOMMODATION 
 
at the PUKEKOHE SHOWGROUNDS

Pukekohe Showgrounds are located within walking distance of Pukekohe Park raceway, an easy walk of 1.5kms.
We are a great accommodation location for self contained vehicles for those who want to come and enjoy the ITM Auckland SuperSprint weekend in Pukekohe.

SELF CONTAINED CAMPING FACILITY

We will have limited camp sites available on the Showgrounds for the weekend of the ITM SuperSprint in Pukekohe.
  • The sites will only be available for self-contained motorhomes caravans.
  • There will be no tent sites.
  • There will be limited powered sites available.
  • There will be toilets facilities available, serviced daily.
  • There are NO showers available.
  • Rubbish bins will be cleared daily.

  • Pukekohe Showgrounds reserves right of entry.
  • A dump station is available at 71 Franklin Road, Pukekohe.

 

2018 PRICING:

Non Powered Site = $45.00 per night PLUS GST

Powered Pricing = $10.00 per night PLUS GST

  • Please note that there are NO free nights, and these prices are per night.
  • EFTPOS will be available dependent on internet coverage, however this is for payments only, we cannot give cash out.

Water Charges: If water is required for filling of the Campervan Tanks or other areas, this will be charged.  Franklin A & P Society now have to pay for all incoming and outgoing water rates so we have to start passing this cost on.

Water Charges to fill per Motorhome = $20.00 plus GST

 

APPLICATION FORM:

An application form will be emailed or posted out at the time of booking.  This needs to be competed and sent back before your booking is confirmed.
 
 

TERMS:

  • The Camping Sites will be for SELF-CONTAINED vehicles only.
  • Sites will be 8m wide by 10m deep.  Sites will be marked and vehicles will park where directed on the site to allow the regulatory minimum 1.5m on either side of the vehicle.
  • There will be a limited number of powered sites.  If power is required, a copy of the vehicles current Electrical Warrant of Fitness must be displayed. These will be checked on arrival.
  • The Showgrounds will provide toilets which will be serviced daily. There will be no showers provided.
 
All vehicles must park where directed. The Franklin A & P Society, or its agents, will not be liable for any injuries to any person, or damages to property while they are at the Pukekohe Showgrounds.  Should claims for damages or injuries that may arise from or be in any way connected with the hirer, the hirer agrees to indemnify Franklin A & P Society or its agents from liability for all such claims.
